Shandi got served today.  They are charging her with four accounts of distributing materials that are harmful to an minor.  It’s all bullshit and we’ll prove it!  They didn’t charge Doc at all and he owns the studio and I don’t think they they will.  While as Doc would fight this, I think that they think Shandi will just plead guilty. But she’s angry and is going to fight this all the way.

Her hearing is the day after Doc goes to court on his bullshit charges. His attorney says is going to be easy to prove him innocent.  Docs court date is Wednesday March 26th and Shandi’s the Thursday 27th.

Also there is a UDOT meeting on March 19 about turning the 5 lanes in front of the studio into 7.  Sounds like something awful is coming for State Street.
